My dear Companion

A simple "Hi" could brighten my eye
Shake my hands so I can smile
Afraid of fear, why should I
If I have you by my side
Oh my dear life, you are my sunshine
The breath of love and caring mind
Keeps me striving time after time
My dear companion, will you put your hand on mine???

Walking up and down

Anxiously and eagerly

Searching all over town

Blindly and vigorously

My mind is all set

To put the first step of courage

Unknowing what I will get

A result that might go into storage

Yet to find out soon

No time to be wasted

I must be in some cartoon

Because it seems all faded

Stand up bravely now

So you can see clearly

Nothing can stop me now

For I will love you tenderly
